Jim has been an active contributor and speaker for IQPC Cold Chain for the past 10 years and is a recognized and acknowledged industry expert in the area of Pharma Cold Chain Logistics, providing leadership for ex-US freight forwarding and logistics, including Supply Chain activities and consulting, 3PL oversight of Canadian operations, and champions improved safety and integrity of product during the shipping process.
Also, as an Advisory Board member for American Aerogel, Jim focuses on providing industry and customer perspective advice on new business development, marketing and corporate strategy. As a stretch client, Jim provides technical and logistics advice to our providers (including American Airlines, Envirotainer, Sensitech, Skelton Truck Lines, Sonoco, UTi, United Airlines, Whitley Logistics) and is a requested speaker, providing innovative approaches to cold chain by promoting collaborative partner relationships, for IQPC and other Cold Chain industry events. He has been published in various industry journals.
